One day ....

Re: Getting there

So I got lunch out today.

While sitting down to eat it along with the rest of Sydney I noticed a group of young people.

They are all dressed up in work attire. For some reason it struck me.

Idk why.

I think its that I still feel I am at that level in life and maybe this isn't good. Or maybe that I never really had a chance to do something quite like a program with a cohort of others in the same boat

I guess it brings up feelings of loneliness bit also just feelings of not knowing what I am doing atm in my life. Where's the direction.

Or maybe there is direction but at the present time I just don't see it due to so much on my plate.

The more I look back over my journey though, the more I am touched by the fact that I've come quite far I guess.

I just have many questions and not many answers.
I am getting antsy

Gonna buy a coffee and something sweet and go for a dawdle

Re: Getting there

When I got to the point in my recovery where I was able to ask questions of myself, and to reflect on loss, I think it was quite symbolic. Being able to have those expectations of myself was a catalyst for change.

I wonder if the restlessness/ansty feelings might reflect a period of growth for you?
