Iv pretty much forgotten today. It's been busy. I raced to my Mother in law's with Mr Rocker and he sat in her kitchen trying to thread her sewing machine for a bit over 2 hours. Me and her drank tea and discussed sewing quilts.

Ohh that photo of the 🦋 has elevated my mood!

I was triggered by a traumatic memory today & ended up in a flood of tears.

Course corrected though & back with my feet on the ground!

Trauma may be widely spoken about but it is difficult to explain it it to your friends hey ? 

I feel your pain. 

You are special. 

Have you listened to your long meditations on Utube ? There's a lovely Utube called

" Wherever you go, there you will be," by Jon Kabat Zinn which is very nice to listen to..... If your able. Or John Kabat Zinn called Body Scan on Utube. 

I don't know any more than you. Your messages online are honest and very good to read.

I was isolated for many years because of trauma  

I look at the  photographs which are online with nature or animals and I download them. 

But I don't draw that much anymore, I just sew fabric on squares and make them into quilts 

It keeps me very happy. In about 4 weeks I'll have 4 quilts ready to sell and I'll start up my own store on Etsy.

Apologies for my poor attempts at   humour  @GentleRobot ..   I know well,   that my attempts to lift the mood of the room  tend to end with bland faces exiting and cold empty chairs in hot pursuit..

How   about this..      I'm going to walk out the door and come back in with poorly wrapped welcome gift in hand..

                    Pulse hastened warm milk    calm hands neath corn silk

                         Diamond beads  dancing on skin.

                    Willow gives way

                      To the Tallow woods sway

                    Those  sweat rivered  picnics  of sin.

                    Conquests of mountains n bones in the sands

                        Slaying of the gargoyles   to the blood thirsty stands

                    T'was all for nothing    once worshiped as grand
