I know Hand In Hand run a peer workshop to support people in your industry, whatever that industry may be. Some of these organisations you may get access for free or you may have to pay membership too and get programs at a discounted rate.

The Mental Health Coordinating Council Inc run programs, some recognised qualifications on various topics on a regular basis, that would look good career wise and give you knowledge and additional skills in supporting others.

Blue Knot Foundation also has training available.
