Hey @TAB Me too - been spending $1000's of Savings (just to pay bills), for more than 5 years.

Longer than that really.

Have had to pull out (spend) more than $10,000 - just in the past 12 months or so.

Yes it feels awful.

I know it doesn't make you feel better - I hate living like this.

Have had to get Food Hamper & Food Voucher, just in the last week or so (from Charity).

That helps a bit, & was good (nice) to be able to get.

Yet I had to jump through heaps of Hoops (Red Tape), & fill out Income $ Forms (Declarations) - Just to qualify for/ get that.

I get put off by so much Red Tape & Hoops to Jump through - That's why I usually Don't Bother (give up), & just go without essential stuff.

I never got to food vouchers but wasn't far off @Adge i took 2 lots of super out last year. Really bites after they got rid of last level of covid payment
Worried about money and watching bank balance go down. Most of my payment goes straight to landlord leaves me $270 per ftnght for food and bills , so about 2-300 short at least

think might take a few things in case they make me stay there overnight @Meowmy  doubt it though, but they always complicate things, like saying its okay until actual day then they dont want me to go home on own , just stupid oh well

hope so @Meowmy  just a bit worrying someone told me not to stop blood thinners then specialist yest said yes, stop them, then said might take them lots of goes to do it so would be ble@eding atc yay need to get over it lol
