bourbon for dinner tonight @Meowmy  got some leftovers could have later. Should start a pot of soup, got ingredients ok most, just realised no soupmix, still could start cooking it and get warmth from hot plate.

@Meowmy  dont feel good here. drank too much, ate not enough , plus cat wouldnt let me sleep ugh.  have to ring drs shortly to try for appt . need food erk. not started homework for course, starting to bother me a little bit lol.  might leave bigtown trip to tomorrow. walked a bit in Nuriootpa yest, nothing too serious tho.

Just weighed self, first time this year, was too scared to. well after being sort of good for couple days, its been worse, so not too bad considering how looked in mirror recently
