My Mr shaz is feeling very frustrated with his arm in plaster 

Seeing the bone specialist on Tuesday and he has to have the cast on for 6 weeks 

His MH team got him a book to read and he has read 3 pages so far and it " tells him that it is his fault that he is not happy and contented with his life "
