I had to try to make an appointment with a new specialist recently...our paths crossed after a couple of weeks! lol

Calling, texting...they had a voice message with an email address but I couldn't confidently understand it and didn't want to start randomly emailing addresses. Text won in the end 🙂

Anyway, hopefully you have more success sooner!

@Glisten I really appreciate your posts and how much of a caring and loving tomato youbare, in this instance though I'm not really wanting advice, just needed to vent.

I am persona non grata as far as el Crappo da Swan are concerned. The last time I spoke to them they were exceedingly rude and nothing was resolved. 

I told them I had SI and was basically told to tell someone who gives a darn.

The roof claim is something completely different, it's not a matter of waiting for them to repair it, it's whether they will honour the claim.

The least of my worries is the mortgage as BOQ are one of the best banks I've dealt with regarding financial hardship. Always ready to help and offer a variety of solutions.

I'm at my GP to get an exemption from centrelink, which he's done for me before, and to discuss the bad thoughts that have been cropping up up ove the past few weeks.
