@greenpea sometimes I'm a creature of the night. I would much rather be sleeping but I've woken up having a panic attack so I have to wait until that passes so I can try to get some more sleep. Possums make some strange noises. I'm just playing games on my phone.

I sleep around the clock just for 2 hours at a time @greenpea @Gremlin24  just digging through anti-Trump stuff. two I saw today.. lindt chocolate used to go through US company to get to Canada, now they sell direct to Canada. big monoply Canadian liquor purchaser gets Jack Daniels on spec. ie do not pay til its sold. so now they are returning it all without paying. jack daniels just laid off 650 people . its made in Tennesee where people voted for trump 5 to 1. was another analogy of Trump voters. 'its like'.. ordering trud stew in restaurant, then complaining it has turds in it, then going back 4 years later to order it again..

@TAB i haven't slept for more than 30 minutes at a time for over 3 months now.

yes, could not believe how good frozen chips come out in air fryer @PeppyPatti  just dont get the new 'airfyer' chips by macain, or super crispy ones 

crinkle cut and 'pub cut' seem to work best . @PeppyPatti

yeah thats not good @Gremlin24  I would have thought drs would give you sleep meds to 'reset' sleep patterns

@TAB medication was tried until one sent me into a psychotic episode and landed me in hospital.

@TAB nah it's not an option now. It's too risky.
