I think when you do deeper processing/inner child/somatic type practices a LOT comes up so that it can be released and healed over time. I know, I know, it's an awful feeling... but it will become easier. And we will be here to cheer you on and encourage you to keep going. 🥳
You don't have to believe everything right now, but maybe you could challenge that voice a little bit?

I only changed the med dose an hour ago @Jynx. So that’s not what caused it.

It was so hard but I know recovery isn’t going to be easy and we have to do the hard stuff to heal @AuntGlow. I just wasn’t prepared for the fall out or for it to go on for so long! I think she may go easy this week. We have a lot to talk about.
That voice is so loud! It’s distressing.

Still feeling heaps paranoid. Paranoid about so much. Being rejected is still the biggest. Paranoid that people are looking at me. Paranoid that people are judging me. Paranoid that when my parents get here my house isn’t good enough. It’s more than anxiety

I’m scared @Ru-bee. I needed to get them out but it didn’t lessen it. It’s just too much. I’m suppose to be having a little party for Pix soon and I don’t want paranoia to get in the way.

Have you previously found any strategies to helpful when you're starting to feel overwhelmed with a fear or worry @Captain24? Does grounding tend to help in these situations for you? Or I know others find it helpful to assign themselves some "worry time" which can help to contain the thoughts knowing there will be time to go over them later. Has anything like this been helpful to you?
