Re: Morning has broken

Lucky I have a good heater @Eve7

How are you going?

Re: Morning has broken

I’m doing ok thanks @Snowie just nervously awaiting uni results and about to start the next course.

I had a session with uni counsellor this morning which was helpful but she told me she’s retiring so there goes another good support.

It’s cold, wet and miserable here today just how you like it. On a good note all my seedling planted last week are starting to pop up.

Do you have much in this week?

Re: Morning has broken

I'm sure your uni results will see you pass with flying colours @Eve7

What is the next course?

Thats a shame about the counsellor. Hopefully they are replaced by someone just as good as them.

Well done on your seedlings.

What did you end up doing with all the pumpkin?

A few appt. (mum's) this week with ECT on Friday.

Am looking at enrolling in a course about Dementia. It's through Tas Uni. Doesn't cost anything and is a self paced course.

Re: Morning has broken

That’s a good idea about the uni course @Snowie just be careful it doesn’t depress you 💜

I have 2 pumpkins left, giving one away and one will be soup. My garden looks ready to bloom again with heaps of passion fruit ripening.

Thanks for the confidence in me at uni. The next uni course is “Body in Motion” which will be scientific.

Re: Morning has broken

Lots of confidence in you @Eve7 with your Uni.

You must enjoy it too.

I'm hoping the course will give me more insight. They say about 2-3 hours a week would be good to do, so it's not too much. There are also no assignments, etc with it.

You'll be pumpkin out soon!!!!!

I love passion fruits. My Dad used to grow them.

Re: Morning has broken

I’m just over chopping pumpkins @Snowie but they are my favourite vegetable. I wish I could send you some passion fruit.

I’m sure the course will give you lots of helpful information.

Gd1 fell off a horse last week. She’s ok but it meant she couldn’t help rearrange my bedroom. I might gently suggest it this week.

Re: Morning has broken

Just brought some pumpkin this morning to roast for tonight's tea @Eve7!!

My Nan used to make passion fruit icing for cakes. Was yum

Hopefully she can help this week hon. Maybe even entice her with a take away meal!!

Are you having a roast tonight? I’m having baked beans!! Not feeling very inspired.

When does your mum go to respite?

Re: Morning has broken

Thanks @Emelia8  it was all very exciting and very draining emotionally dealing with parental expectations.

Im still tired today and haven’t done much.

Hope you’ve had a good day.

Re: Morning has broken

Yes cooking a roast for tea @Eve7

One of the nights where everyone is at home at the same time!

Mum goes into respite in 2 weeks time. We have started making a list of everything she will need in there.
