Re: Diabetes and mental health

Hugs my sister @Healandlove 🥰

Sending you understanding hugs as i am  grieving the togetherness of my extended family which is no more after my mum's passing last year,  finding it very sad and lonely

@Ru-bee , have lots of different emotions about everything

And family and doctors says just do this or that , finding it hard at times and people just don't get it

Re: Diabetes and mental health

@Shaz51 shazzy...thank you. It doesn't get easier...i just get better at feeling the loneliness...you said it...sadness and loneliness even though my parents, kids and husband are with me...there's a piece that will always be lost 💔

It will pass but its always there.

Wish I could hug you jn person. God bless my lovely sister ❤️

Thanks for the hugs @Jynx 😊

Re: Diabetes and mental health

@Shaz51 , @Jacques

Thanks to you both.

I have type 2 diabetes and find it frustrating at times the diet and finding recipe/diet guides.

My sugar is somewhat under control, so I am not over the top, but do find that the prices for sugar free, reduced sugar are expensive. Someone is making a lot of money out of our health!
