Hey guys, still getting back on my feet and learning worthiness, and how to validate myself and regulate my own emotions.
I am being gentle on myself now I know the reasons I never fully developed into a capable adult.
I'd love to hear how you guys take care of yourselves daily and manage the mental stress.
What does self care and basic functioning look like for you?

hmmm Good Question I guess how I manage and function daily can at times vary somewhat , Currently its thinking about goals for the day or Trying to find some form of Quiet or rest or peace for my mind in the midst of various situations ,also trying to find some positivity somehow even if its small things throughout the day like the sunshine or good company for example or good music at least thats how I felt today about self care and the things that helped for now
