Re: Support for L-B

Hey @Oaktree and @L-B  🙂

Re: Support for L-B

Hi @tyme @Oaktree , again thanks for the self care reminder. I've been doing some of these things but good to consciously practice them on a regular basis.

Re: Support for L-B

Woohoo @L-B !

Weekend! How are you going to spend your weekend?

Re: Support for L-B

hey @L-B just caught up and great to see you're working on taking more breaks, loving the self-care list that @Oaktree shared!

how are you both going, any self-care activities planned for tonight?

Re: Support for L-B

Hi there @rav3n @tyme @Oaktree. Hope you had a good weekend! I practiced self care. Back to work. Stress levels instantly rise. Will aim to plod along during the week despite the turbulent feelings where I feel like throwing it all in.

Re: Support for L-B

Mid week now @L-B . I'm thinking of you and hope you are okay.

Re: Support for L-B

Very kind to ask @tyme . Am trying to accept my feelings as they are and not crave for them to be otherwise...just a bit tired and sore from an injury.Thanks.

Re: Support for L-B

Not long to go! It's Thursday @L-B

What's been happening for you?

Re: Support for L-B

Went on a short break away @tyme . Coped better with work on my return. Am finding working remotely very isolating at times. Thinking of making a change. Not sure how at present.

Re: Support for L-B

Helllllooooo @L-B

LONG time, no see!

If you need a change, go for it! A change is as good as a holiday.

I think with working remotely, it's about balance. If you can balance your life out with the social aspect, then working remotely can be a relief.

However, if you don't go out much and you work remotely, then you might find yourself more and more cooped up.

Depends what works for you.
