Re: Best Friends Club

@Mustang67

I withdrew my super during COVID when you could.  It wasn't a lot because I only had a number of fart time jobs when I was younger.  The social anxiety was always a huge barrier for me so I tended to stay somewhere if I felt comfortable there.  How much I got paid was irrelevant to me as I was by myself so no one else to support.

I would like an older one but I would probably get a newer one.  Realistically though id get whatever I could afford.

Re: Best Friends Club

Oh @Appleblossom I'm so burnt out waiting for news about my oldest son. It's exhausting.

My youngest son - he is the one with the story - with the brain tumour. He is the one who told me I'm infalitizing him.

It feels like I can't do anything right. Why don't they c me? Why don't they realise I want to see them ??

I guess I just have to get stronger.

This is for @Blackcloud

I'm still drawing onions. I think I'm getting a bit better. This one in one point perspective.

Re: Best Friends Club

I use cera ve on my skin. But I'm 57. Never that good on that stuff.

@rav3n

I used to put honey on pimples which is away to calm down those red ones, it all goes overnight with bandaid on top. Or vix vaporub.

Can't believe they still pop up. I thought that wrinkles were a replacement from pimples and possibly..... A gaining of wisdom ??

Taken from a book by Barbara Trollope when I was about 19....it was a great novel....what was it called again ?

Re: Best Friends Club

I'm sorry to hear about your kids @PeppyPatti . Must be so hard for a parent.

Makes me think back to all those years where I didn't speak to or contact my own parents. Not that I hated them. I just had a lot of stuff to work through.

Lol, the wrinkles replace pimples. Nice one. Let me know if this is about gaining wisdom and I'll go look for some wrinkles too!

Re: Best Friends Club

I feel the same but slowly facing it and letting it go

@PeppyPatti

it is also their loss…. and I have spoken to half a dozen people with same issue in the last few months…

Re: Best Friends Club

Yeah it's a sad thing he wrote me but I didn't even consider he thought me selfish.. I sent @Gremlin24 the message. He's written thankyou for the apology and now he needs space.

@tyme yes he's had years of space. I used to send him $500 travel vouchers hoping he will see me but hede visit my brother.

He's just angry at me.

I need to let go. I'm so tired of this.

@MJG017 my story = taking super out. It wasn't much at all.

@Appleblossom yes. Me too.

Re: Best Friends Club

@PeppyPatti I'm so sorry you are being treated like this, you don't deserve it at all. You have shown such strength and resilience throughout everything, I'm so proud of you.

I know how hard it is to let go, but you have done all you can.

Sending you lots of love ❤️

Re: Best Friends Club
