Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

In our busy lives, we often don't get enough rest because of our hectic work and feel exhausted. It is when this cycle continues that we suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome- where we are not able to do any tasks or even our daily activities as we end up feeling intense fatigue. Overwhelming fatigue characterizes Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. That is why getting enough rest and taking breaks when needed is essential. CFS can severely impact our daily lives and make it hard for us to do our everyday tasks, even the smallest of things, and it is necessary to get help when needed.

Hey @heera72 ,

Welcome to the forums. Thank you for sharing about CFS. It is helpful to understand this.

I've read up a little on it, and I can see how debilitating it can be.

How do you manage? Do you feel supported? I hope I'm right in 'assuming' you have chronic fatigue syndrome?

Re: Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

I have been struggling with what I think is chronic fatigue. I have bipola as well. My blood tests show up fine. Idk how to get diagnosed. I guess see how things go.
