Poor guy. Why is it when I spoke to his support worker about this at the hospital - nothing happened ? I was very calm and kind on the telephone and very clear .......

Oh that sucks about his medication, I hope they can sort it out for him. So frustrating that even when you spoke to the support worker that nothing happened.
