You were right about exercise being same as practising a new skill.
I started slow and easy and now exercise regularly.
Getting stronger everyday. Its helping my recovery and confidence.

For inspiration, I follow our Paralympians and Challenged Athletes Foundation.
I noticed if I exercise in the morning, I tend to have more energy.
Also, just start at your own pace. Do it gradually. Be patient with your self.
80% is Diet, 20% is Exercise. Make sure you sleep well.
Some times I have no motivation, so i take the day off.
Be kind to yourself.
