Re: Not Coping

I think its easy to forget there is a whole world for that person that doesnt centre around your conversation with them doesn’t mean its not important to them but there is a heap of other things going on in the background for someone to not respond or have to go and it’s not personal

Re: Not Coping

Yeah, I know @ArraDreaming @Blackbird11

It's just me. I can't help it. I can't help who I am.

Re: Not Coping

Please just forget about what I said.

Re: Not Coping

Be gentle with yourself @Birdofparadise8

You are growing and changing and you are beautiful.

Re: Not Coping

Thank you @Blackbird11

Re: Not Coping

@Birdofparadise8 maybe you need to learn to be okay with your own company. Social support is healthy and good in moderation, but people are also more likely to withdraw if they feel like there is an expectation to fill the void. Other people can’t fill that void, only you can. Maybe worth having a conversation with your psych about it. I don’t mean to sound rude, sorry if it comes across that way

Re: Not Coping

It's okay. He wasn't doing anything wrong. It's just me catastrophising and making it about myself @creative_writer

Just pretend I didn't say anything.
