Sorryy

I've been really struggling since I moved on Friday. I'm tired of life. It's hard to maintain positive mental health. I want to sabotage it all. I can't do this anymore.

I don't know who what where why etc to get help. I just freeze.

Re: Sorryy

Hey @The-red-centaur ,

Is there someone around you who you can sit with? Even if you don't talk?

I'm sorry to hear it is so hard.

Re: Sorryy

My support worker has been ignoring me all day. So I left the lounge and curled in bed. So no. They won't just sit.

Re: Sorryy

Hey @The-red-centaur ,

That's not very helpful!

What's the change? Did something happen?

Re: Sorryy

@tyme I've been so sick and stressed...I'm breaking. I've been trying to manage. I just can't.

Re: Sorryy

Do you need to go back to the hospital? You know your body best. Are you feeling like you are getting sick again? I know you've been quite sick recently. @The-red-centaur

Sometimes, when our bodies are run down, it can affect our mental health.

Re: Sorryy

My pneumonia had been getting better @tyme

I'm not sleeping still though. I'm so tired.

I'm so overwhelmed with things,,,,idk

Re: Sorryy

I'm sorry to hear it is hard. I know sometimes, a walk in the fresh air helps you. Can you do that @The-red-centaur ?

Re: Sorryy

It's 43 today..

Re: Sorryy

Okay... no thanks. Not in 43 degrees @The-red-centaur

Does the heat get you down? I know I can handle the heat. It makes me super grumpy!
