Hey @Fluttershy1  you have done nothing wrong.  Everything that happened was out of your control.  At times Fate decides things are not meant to be and takes things into his/her own hands.

please be gentle on yourself and take as much time to yourself as you need to grieve.  It is a huge, sad event that you have gone through.  It’s ok to not know how to feel.

please keep reaching out to us on the forums.  We are here to listen, to talk and support.  Similarly there are specific counselling services that you can phone and talk to
