I think the other person was in a dark space themselves tonight. Please try not to take it personally. We have to remember that everyone in this space has a mental illness going on. They may not be fully aware of what they were doing. I know it’s a big ask but you need to try and give them the benefit of the doubt. I know when you have been angry with me that you weren’t in the best place and you didn’t mean to be hurtful. It might be hard to let go of it right now because it’s so fresh but please do try. Sane will keep an eye on things going forward.
