Have the alarm set again for a 5am (push) bike ride .  Have been unsuccessful this far but if we keep trying we may eventually succeed ๐Ÿ˜Š

Good morning @Determined

Bright eyed and bushy tailed after morning bike ride???  ๐Ÿ˜€

Re: Self care- walking and cycling

Haha @Former-Member

A bit delayed but going to try for an after work ride. Did not sleep well last night so slept in again. Woke up feeling like I had been steam rolled ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿคช๐Ÿ˜ต

Re: Self care- walking and cycling

@Former-Member

Finally made it out on my bike.

Thinking I much prefer the motorised version lol.  ๐Ÿ˜ต

Re: Self care- walking and cycling

This could be the start of your Tour De France adventure @Determined ๐Ÿ˜€

Re: Self care- walking and cycling

Haha @Former-Member fitness has gone down markedly since the last time I was on it.

Have another ride planned with darling and sibling for in the morning.  + S2 is keen for a walk after dinner tonight so exercise overload today lol

Re: Self care- walking and cycling

Last time I rode avg speed was closer to 30km/h.

Also I have a cadence alarm that sounds below 65 rpm. Usually only goes off on biggest of hills if I gear change down too late... well it never stopped today except on the down hill lol. Sooo unfit.

Less hills on today's circuit also having moved from the hills to more flat country.

Re: Self care- walking and cycling

Finally made it out for the early morning ride ๐Ÿ˜Š
