Sibling joined us. Now we get to sit here and listen to all the coaching tips 🤬

Re: Self care- walking and cycling

Do you think the morning rides are a fad with your darling   @Determined ?

Re: Self care- walking and cycling

I don't think so @Former-Member

It is something she genuinely wants to get back into for fitness/ weight loss.

I just realy hope it dosen't become a 200km + per week obsession like it was before her meltdown year. If she can keep it balanced it is actually quite good for her state of mind. When the OCD takes over not so good.

Re: Self care- walking and cycling

Super slow ride with the family this afternoon.

S2 takes push bike literally lol. He keeps getting off to push it.

Re: Self care- walking and cycling

Managed a 3.5km walk with the family this afternoon. It wasn't exactly a calorie burning exercise but it was nice to be out as a family.

Re: Self care- walking and cycling

Have started a daily walk, not by choice, our hound is refusing to go alone with Mr Darcy and she needs her exercise.

BTW Did you hear about the fellow that proposed at the fitness centre and she said no ... It didn't work out. (Think his name was Jim).
